Everything was great about our stays. The staff was really friendly and attentive. The room is big, comfortable and spacious. The facilities was great especially the water park and gym. The buffet was great too. We love the ocean view especially during sunset.

Love the private beach! Many fun activities can be done there like motorboat and kayaking. The pools are super nice and the view of sunset from there is very pretty. Room is spacious, vanity mirror is gorgeous and overall its a great stay. The hotel staffs are very nice and they accomodate to each of customers' needs :)

Check-in was super smooth, or is it probably during weekdays. :-) Room, aligned with my expectation. Nice, clean and practical. Pool was the best part. You got to trust this one, awesome for family. Breakfast - variety. Staff at all position greet you well with their most honest smile. Anyway, it was a great experience there, warm, friendly people, spectacular view. What else you want for a resort hotel.

The beach is so secluded and huge also clean, despite the high season, hence we don't really feel the high traffic (except for the pool as expected but the kids enjoy the beach more rather than the pool so we spent more time at the beach) and of course the amazing breakfast ! The staff Hayqal upgraded us to a family room given we have a last minute bigger group and the discount he gave was really value for money. Love the size of the family room. The kid's room is great as they extended the opening hours until 10pm for school holiday, consists of PS4, all the pretend play toys and movie room, it's a huge place.
